Matt Willis - Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer, Owner, Chairman of the Board

Matt has played a major role in the development of internet marketing technologies in the travel sector over the last several years.

Matt has electrified the internet marketing and direct sales arena with cutting edge powerful high tech strategies that have delivered success to the masses. He has unlocked the secret to the successful use of technology by simplifying it for use by those without a technologically oriented mindset.

He developed the best selling “Recruiting Formula” training modules that allowed those in direct sales to easily enter the technology age and increase their incomes. With a treasure chest of knowledge about search engine optimization, website design, automated profit generators, and more, Matt is the rising star when it comes to using technology and systems to deliver the instant results the public desires.

Matt started his first business at age 15 and added employees by the time he was 16. His experience in sales ranges from selling luxury log homes, where he was the top sales agent in the United States, to corporate jet sales.

Over the years, Matt has skyrocketed to success and has been the top income earner in every direct selling business he has chosen to partner with. In the direct selling arena, Matt has created the only customizable automated marketing system on the internet today. He pioneered video email systems and webinar technology that has helped thousands to massively explode their profits.

Dean Marino - Senior Advisor

After 22 years in the finance industry, Dean turned his attention toward his passion for travel. He replaced his six-figure annual salary his first year in the travel industry promoting travel products.

Dean was offered and accepted a leadership position after just 8 months in the travel industry. Known for his motivational style, Dean has taught internet business growth and branding, as well as offline methods of marketing. He has conducted training sessions on the internet, as well as from the stage at live events. His simple, to-the-point style resonates with both veterans and novice entrepreneurs.

He knows the travel industry inside and out, as both a consumer and a business owner. Dean has flown over one million miles, just with U S Airways, and he's been a Hilton Diamond VIP Member, an Avis First Preferred Member, a professional travel agent, and a superior marketer of travel club memberships.

D. Jack Smith - Senior Attorney (Honorary)

Mr. Smith lectured and published extensively on Internet Business Law. He was a member of the Lawyer's Council and Government Relations Committee of the Direct Selling Association in Washington, D.C. and authored the book 50 State Internet Business Compendium.

Mr. Smith also served on the National Congressional Advisory Committee in Washington, D.C. He was nominated for "Best Attorneys in America" 2006. He was an industry icon, and the nation's senior internet business attorney.

Mr. Smith was a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Harvard Law School, and had been a member of both the Tennessee and American Bar Associations. His active legal practice included representation of internet-based business companies headquartered throughout the United States and abroad.

Jack Smith was an integral member of the launch team that planned the start of the World Discovery Club business model and his work is still an integral part of our business today. After his passing, we have continued to leave an empty seat for him at all of our corporate meetings.

Anthony Bowen, MPA, MPM, CIPM, PME, CTC - Advisor

Anthony is a travel industry veteran with a well-rounded background. His work experience spans the travel industry, where he has worked with the airlines, European tour operators, online travel companies, European Rail, FIT deluxe tour operator, and hotel brands.

Anthony has over 20 years of management experience in ecommerce, online sales, marketing, project management, business development, and national accounts' relationship within the travel industry. He has worked for various travel companies including Continental Airlines, SITA World Travel, DER/DB German Rail, Onetravel.com, Globus, Trafalgar Tours, and currently with Hilton Worldwide.

He has traveled extensively throughout the world in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, South America, the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico.

Anthony is also an adjunct lecturer in Project Management at Queens College-City University of New York, and sits on the Advisory Board for the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). He is currently in his dissertation phase for his Doctorate in Business at North Central University, and holds various certifications and credentials from Cornell University, NYU, Rutgers University, and John Jay College - CUNY.

He also is a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) with the Travel Institute, a prominent designation for travel industry executives.
